UNITED REGGAE FRANCE

The United Reggae Awards recognizes those working hard to keep Reggae music vibrant in 2008. The United Reggae Awards are the people's awards... It is up to the general public to decide the outcome. Any recording released between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 is eligible for the 2008 awards. Voting closes January 31, 2009.

From "Best Roots Artist"' to "Best Sound System," "Best Dancehall Riddim," "Best Producer," "Best Roots Album" and so on… The awards feature 27 categories in all.

Taj Weekes is nominated for "Best Rising Star (Male)" and DEIDEM is nominated for "Best Roots Album."

Go to www.unitedreggae.com to cast your votes for Taj Weekes and Adowa and DEIDEM. You can also nominate the band and album for additional categories in the "Other" entry box in each category that is applicable...
